Finance and payroll accountant (m/f/d)

We are looking for an accountant for preparatory financial and payroll accounting (m/f/d). Your tasks will include accounts receivable and accounts payable, checking bank and cash books, monitoring payment transactions, assisting with cost accounting, preparing annual financial statements and payroll accounting, as well as administrative tasks such as preparing employment contracts and notifications to health insurance companies. - Accounts receivable and accounts payable

- Checking the BWA, annual financial statements and tax returns prepared by the tax consultant

- Preparation of annual financial statements

- Bank and cash book auditing

- Monitoring payment transactions

- Support with cost accounting

- Preparation of payroll accounting

- Reporting to health insurance companies and the associated correspondence

- Administrative tasks (e.g. drawing up employment contracts)

- Completed commercial training and experience in the field of financial accounting

- sound knowledge of MS Office

- Independent, meticulous and reliable way of working

- good knowledge of English

- very good knowledge of German
