Three wooden modular units, each 11.5 m long, 4.8 m wide, 3.5 m high, and weighing approximately 20 metric tons, had to be transported safely to the construction site.
The delivery by Hämmerle Spezialtransporte GmbH required the utmost precision: a railroad crossing with a clearance width of only 5.0 m, other narrow passages measuring 4.9 m, and the final kilometer driven entirely in reverse made the transport a logistical feat. The result: a single-family home made up of three prefabricated wooden modules—delivered right on schedule.
